About Me

Elder Theophilus: I am a missionary pastor, who would be viewed, by the institutional church, as being un-trained and un-educated. Whatever I know of the Lord our God and His Son Jesus Christ, has been learned at the feet of my master: Jesus Christ. The Scriptures tell us that we are "not to think more highly of ourself then we should." A counsel that would be good for us all to follow. Thus, any personal testimony, included in this forum, will have some relevance to the forum. The Scriptures tell me, in another place, that "if I think I am something, when I am nothing, I decieve myself." Not a good thing! As to the fullness of who I am? I have often given that very question a lot of prayer and consideration. The short answer would be: I am a sinner redeemed by the "blood of the Lamb;" I am a warrior in the service of the King; I am a soldier in the army of the Lord; and that Lamb, and that King, and that Lord is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. This is the same Jesus who is fully God and fully man and is the one and only begotten Son of the Father: sent to die that we might live.
